PROJECT SUPPORT TEAM

Each project is allocated a foreman to oversee the construction works. This ensures that the builder will have continual communication with Auzoom through the duration of the project. We are an efficient, well managed team with a consistent track record of delivering successful results for builders.

PROJECT STRATEGY

Auzoom hire full-time, part-time employees along with individual subcontractors to ensure that labour resources are constantly available until project completion.

If the programme dates for a particular portion are critical, Auzoom can provide a solution and appropriate labour resources to meet or exceed these requirements.

COMPANY ETHICS

Auzoom know that a solid foundation is the key to developing a good working relationship. Common interests mean that both builder and subcontractor share the desire to present a good quality end product to specification within a given budget and time frame.

Auzoom also understand that construction does not always go to plan and are able to accommodate for changes in resource requirements to suit the needs of the builder.

Ongoing consultation with the project manager, site manager and/or site foreman will help for activities to be completed safely and efficiently.

SAFETY

Auzoom knows that safety is paramount on any worksite. Auzoom employees strive to work in with the construction management team with the goal of providing a safe work environment for all works. Auzoom therefore aim to cove the following safety elements on construction projects:

  1. Inductions   -general, site and any other relevant inductions required by the client
  2. Training  - workers to be appropriately trained in their relevant activities or have adequate past experience to demonstrate capability
  3. Safe Work Method Statements  - site specific, activity-specific, practical and workable
  4. Consultation with workers and with builder safety representatives(PM, SM,F,SO)
  5. Administration to ensure that all insurances are up to date, workers are paid on time and that all SWMS are up to date
  6. Tool box Meetings  - on-site frequently or required by the builder
  7. Work Environment                                                             

(i)  area cleaned daily as required for the accident prevention and efficiency

(ii) access equipment appropriate for the activity and covered in SWMS

(iii) access to be platform ladders, mobile scaffold, scissor lift or boom lift unless not possible for the task and covered in SWMS

(iv) all workers aware of individual site safety conditions
